Job Details
The Director of Critical Care is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the Critical Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees all clinical and administrative functions, including staffing, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. The Director collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and maintain adherence to hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards
Must Haves :
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5 Managerial experience in acute/critical care
- Current RN licensure (NC/Multistate)
- Proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence in patient care
Nice to Haves :
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in critical care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $91,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
