Salary: $120,000-$210,000
Crescit Executive Search is partnered with a leading wastewater civil engineering firm who are looking for an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to oversee wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage wastewater treatment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Planning & Scheduling: Create project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth execution.
- Budget Control: Monitor and manage project budgets, addressing financial discrepancies and keeping projects within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Compliance: Ensure projects meet industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, authorities, and contractors. Provide project updates and resolve issues.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
