Job Summary
Medium-sized manufacturing company located in the Tucker seeking Bilingual Superviser Team Leader (English/Spanish). Company is well established and has been in operation for over 30 years. Position will pay competitively as well as offer medical and dental benefits.
Duties
- Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline
- Track supplies inventory.
- Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance.
- Corrects at-risk behavior immediately, then reports to the manager immediately.
- Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
- Manage the daily work schedules of the team to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- 2 years of Supervisory experience, preferred, but not required
Shifts are rotating, 36-hrs one week, 48-hrs the next week, and so on. Week 1 would work: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 2 would work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 3 would work: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 4 would work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday5am - 5:30 pm or 5:30 pm to 5:30am - both shifts available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
