Cresset is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Analyst to support our Digital Marketing and Pipeline Management teams in driving business growth. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a strong interest in marketing analytics, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making. The Growth Analyst will play a key role in tracking campaign performance, optimizing lead management processes, and supporting the execution of digital marketing initiatives.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Digital Marketing and Pipeline Management Team, gaining exposure to a fast-paced, high-impact environment at a leading multi-family office wealth management firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic setting.
Support for Head of Digital Marketing:
- Campaign Performance Analysis – Track and report on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cost per acquisition, engagement) to help optimize digital marketing strategies.
- SEO & Website Analytics – Conduct keyword research, track website traffic trends, and analyze user behavior to provide insights for content and site optimization.
- Marketing Automation Support – Assist with segmentation, email performance tracking, and automation workflows in platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Competitor & Market Research – Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities for digital strategy enhancements.
Support for Pipeline Management Team:
- Lead Qualification & Scoring – Assist in refining lead scoring models by analyzing lead conversion trends and engagement data.
- CRM Data Management – Ensure CRM data hygiene by cleaning and categorizing leads, tracking movement through the pipeline, and flagging inconsistencies.
- Funnel Reporting & Insights – Generate regular reports on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and advisor follow-ups, helping leadership make informed decisions.
- Process Automation & Efficiency – Identify and suggest automation opportunities in pipeline tracking and follow-ups to improve lead conversion efficiency.
Cross-Functional Impact:
- Serve as a bridge between marketing and pipeline management by ensuring smooth data flow and insight sharing.
- Support the integration of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales processes, tracking their journey to revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics degree preferred
- Proficiency in creating and managing marketing materials and campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM software systems
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
- Candidate must thrive in and be able to keep up with an ever-changing, fast paced environment
- High-level of integrity and humility
- Must be able to think critically, effectively, and anticipate needs and issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience owning projects & initiatives while delegating responsibilities as needed is a plus

What We Offer:
At Cresset, we focus on people first. As a service business, our people are our assets. Engaging our clients and employees is our highest priority. Starting base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
