Automotive Detailer

Crest Cadillac Acura is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Detail Technician to join our growing team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for reconditioning dealership inventory, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming vehicles, while ensuring timely and complete vehicle deliveries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a strong knowledge of reconditioning techniques and tools, and excel in a dynamic work environment while collaborating effectively with the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recondition exteriors, interiors, and all compartments of vehicles by washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming, using appropriate cleaning and reconditioning products.
• Affix dealer and regulatory decals to the vehicle’s windows and take photos for retail inventory.
• Ensure timely and complete vehicle deliveries by performing all necessary tasks, including removing decals, washing the vehicle, and performing a final quality check inspection.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order while keeping the work environment clean and organized and adhering to safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Certifications in automotive detailing are a plus but not required.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Detailer is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining detailing equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with delivery appointment scheduling systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, manage a dynamic work environment, and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
