Crest is looking for a top-notch Benefits Technology Lead . This is an opportunity to have a career in a fast-growing insurance brokerage firm. We have physical locations in Arizona, Colorado, California, and Wyoming servicing customers in all 50 states.
Job Purpose : The Benefits Technology Lead will be responsible for ongoing technical support for Benefits Administration platforms within Crest Insurance Group. Our Benefits Administration platforms provide clients with easy access to all aspects of their employee benefits. This includes troubleshooting, training, customer service, communication and reporting.
Summary
The Benefits Technology Lead role is key in ensuring our clients have seamless access to their benefits information, enrollment tools and support through a user-friendly and secure online platform.
This position requires strong technical skills and aptitude in system integration and data management. The Benefits Technology Lead must be able to successfully utilize Employee Navigator and Ease, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Delivers outstanding service to internal and external customers and responds quickly to any service requests.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times.
- Serves as an internal liaison for benefit questions related to benefits administration vendor products and services.
- Actively monitors technology systems for accuracy as well as crosschecking teammates builds.
- Has a thorough understanding of Benefits Administration technology, including providing technical support to ensure timely resolutions.
- Conducts external client trainings.
- Develops and maintains a high degree of platform support technical expertise and capability.
- Monitors product releases and updates, and notifies the benefit technology team of any pending changes or enhancements.
- Recommends, and implements process improvements and best practices to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers, HR / Payroll partners and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integrations.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
- Must appreciate and excel at managing timelines.
