Job Overview
Branch Manager, with Five to Seven (5-7) years' experience, and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Banking. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Responsibilities
- Overall success of the branch, including in -branch and digital customer and employee experience, transactions/operations, and relationship development.
- Responsible for profitability of the branch and proactively leads the branch team to achieve annual relationship development goals and operational objectives.
- This position is ideal for an employee who is skilled and comfortable in expanding existing customer relationships.

- Able to coach and cross train staff.

Job Duties:
- Adheres to and ensures staff to all applicable Federal and State Laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures that govern and safeguard the bank and its customers.
- Actively participates and positively influences coworkers in all interactions including meetings, working groups, and other company activities.
- Performs other duties for the Bank as assigned at Manamgment's discretion.
