Crest Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our Des Moines team.
Pay: $17/hour overtime
Schedule: Rotating 3-week schedule with day and night focused options

- Week Two: 8-hour shifts
- Week Three: 24-hour shifts

What To Expect

- 18 years old with valid Iowa driver's license and insurance.
- Strong communication, integrity, teamwork and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and detailed records.
As a DSP, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily activities like cooking, housekeeping, medication management and transportation. All training is paid to make sure you have all the tools you need to provide person-centered support.
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a group home setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and meal preparation.
- Observe and monitor individuals for any changes in behavior or health status.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to ensure holistic care.
- Transport individuals as needed.
