What you need:
- 2 years of experience as a formal supervisor/manager with leadership responsibility of non-exempt staff. Your work history within your resume must reflect this experience to be considered.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of insurance and valid IA driver's license
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful and changing environment
Bonus if you have:
- HCBS or human services experience
- Medication Management certification
- Degree in social work, business, healthcare administration, or human services

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
