Crest View Senior Communities is seeking positive and dedicated Nurse Supervisor RN to join our amazing team and serve older adults in our Columbia Heights Campus. We are hiring Part Time RNs as Nurse Supervisors who will be responsible for meeting the needs of the residents and to attain/maintain the optimal level of resident functional ability and independence. We currently have openings for the Day, PM and NOC Shifts at Crest View Lutheran Home. Crest View offers a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care in our faith-based Crest View Senior Communities. Crest View is currently offering a Sign on Bonus for any New Nursing Staff paid out in the first 6 months of your employment.

Job Qualifications:
- Have a RN license according to the State of MN Board of Nursing
- Must be CPR Certified
- Strength and mobility to lift weight over 25 lbs
- Be able to document and maintain health records required and to observe physical conditions of residents
- Previous MDS or Wound Care experience preferred but we would be willing to train.
Salary : $37 - $40
