JOB SUMMARY
Sells vehicles by understanding and demonstrating vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features in addition to developing and qualifying buyers and closing sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers as they walk in the show room and walk them through the buying process
- Master all vehicle product knowledge to ensure client's understand the vehicle's main features and warranty
- Present the entire lineup of Cadillac vehicles, model options, features, purchase and finance options, as well as Crestmont Automotive amenities to our guests
- Deliver memorable test drives
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective clients
- Track clients and manage follow up on a state of the art CRM system
- Be aware of the latest Cadillac products, features and accessories
- Attend product and training courses
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot
- Personalizing the vehicle delivery to the client's needs
- Delivering an exceptional Cadillac experience
- Overseeing the client's first real interaction with their new Cadillac
- Utilizing all resources and applications to assist in product information support
- Maintaining a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery and to build a long-term relationship
- Sell a minimum of 8 vehicles per month
- Keep up to date with new products, features and accessories
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest and percentages
- Ability to read and write. Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Conducts ones self in a professional manner extending every polite custom and courtesy to all customers
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Genuine desire to serve others
