What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Facilities Coordinator position at Crestone Wellness, LLC?
SUMMARY
This is an non-exempt position responsible for maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities at The Last Resort Recovery Center, The Last Resort Outpatient Services, Crestone Wellness, and The Last Resort Residences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Periodically inspect indoor and outdoor facilities.
- Initiates or receives maintenance service, repair, or improvement requests.
- Works with supervisor to prioritize all requests and develop schedules for work to be completed.
- Coordinate more complex maintenance issues with outside vendors, ensuring cost efficiency by obtaining multiple bids.
- Maintain equipment by keeping in good running order and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure appropriate records are kept for State and CARF inspections.
- Attends meetings and trainings as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Able to navigate a computer and use basic software.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
