• Engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction by organizing house showings, conducting open houses, collaborating, and strategizing
• Actively seek out new business opportunities daily using various lead sources and prospecting methods
• Manage and organize current leads efficiently within our system
• Support Top Producer agents in managing their daily client tasks
• Maintain accurate records and work closely with the micro team at CrestPoint Real Estate
• Hold a valid Real Estate License and demonstrate a successful sales or customer service background
• Demonstrate reliability and commitment to reporting to our Plainfield, IN office in person
