Chemical Operator 2 Responsible to perform chemical and heat treatment processes in accordance with operating procedures and regulations.
Performs quality control testing and analysis to ensure coating or treatment meets engineering requirements.
Equipment includesoverhead hoists, rectifiers, eddy current meters, hardness test equipment, and high temperature ovens.
Processes may generate high pressure, heat and or chemical reactions and requires training in hazardous material handling and emergency procedures.
PPE required to be worn at all times.
