What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production & Estimating Associate position at Crestview Landscape?
Crestview Landscape is growing and hiring several associates that can be trained & developed to support the company's Production and Estimating needs.
Core Daily duties:
- Plan takes-offs via Online Software (No prior knowledge required)
- Pricing materials via the use of preferred vendors
- Assisting in the generation of change orders
- Sending Requests for Clarification and monthly Updates to clients using Microsoft Word
- Generating bids & proposals for new projects using Microsoft Excel
- Generate pricing for additional work on existing projects
- Misc. day to day items that maybe needed to support Production & Estimating operations.
Job Benefits:
- Training to be provided and no prior experience required.
- This position is a development one with the goal of advancing within two years into one of the following:
- Project Engineer ($ 68,000 - $ 80,000 Range)
- Staff Estimator ($ 68,000 - $ 75,000 Range)
- Positions could develop into Project Managers or Senior Estimators in 5 years depending upon performance.
- Project Managers and Senior Estimators can earn six figure salaries plus benefits.
- Will get exposure to some of the most amazing residential construction projects in LA.
- Will learn valuable skills in understanding pricing, costing, and budgeting within the construction industry.

Requirements:
- Skills and experience working on computers along with a knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
