Position Posting: Vocal Music Teacher (Grades 7-12)
Crestview Local Schools, Van Wert County, Ohio is seeking a professional educator certified to
teach Vocal Music for grades 7-12 including Show Choir. The position is effective
for the 2025-2026 school year. Salary and benefits are per negotiated bargaining
agreement; salary includes additional compensation for a supplemental contract.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
hold a proper certification and/or licensure for state of Ohio in the following
teaching field:
Multi-Age (P-12) Music (120050)
embrace collaborative work with administration and in teacher-based teams;
have knowledge and experience with standards-based instructional practices,
formative assessment methods and educational technology;
embrace opportunities to work with parents in supporting student learning with
a strong desire to see all students succeed.
