Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is looking for a Beach Attendant to join our team.
Job Description: Assists with maximization of guest satisfaction. Help answer any questions or concerns a guest may have.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome guests to the beach; and day to day interaction
· Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services
· Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the beach
· Hand out towels to guests
· Bring in dirty towels from bins
· Set-up and break-down equipment and put in storage
· Follow departmental policies and procedures
· Inventory control
· Other duties assigned

perform a combination of the following supportive functions.

· Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to the Security Department
· Attend all mandatory meetings
· Provide general public assistance, instruction and/or guidance for guests
· Keep work area neat and organized
· Complete all other duties assigned by Supervisor

Physical Aspects of Position: includes but not limited to
· Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
· Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30lbs
· Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
Grooming/Uniforms
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Uniforms will be provided.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be available to work weekends and holidays.

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
