Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Bellman to join our team at our hotel in Tampa, FL. The Bellman will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with luggage, and driving the shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport and other local destinations.
Skills and Abilities:
- Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Drive the shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport and other local destinations
- Provide information about the hotel and local area to guests
- Assist with guest requests and needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle and luggage storage area
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
Experience:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience as a shuttle driver or bellman preferred
