The Marriott Savannah Riverfront is seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team. This is a full time position. Hours are from 3pm to close. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full time, tipped position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take drink and/or food orders
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their drinks and experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
