The Food Runner must also communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table
- Ensure that food is presented correctly and any special requests or dietary requirements are met
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Ensure that the dining area is clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Food Runner or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
