Job Description: Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Hostess to join our team at our restaurant in Atlanta, GA. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables, and ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Ensure that guests are comfortable and have everything they need
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and timely
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized hostess station

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
