Title: Admissions/Discharge Coordinator
Job Duties: Admissions/Discharge Coordinator is responsible for reviewing admission packets and distributing to the program director and director of nursing services approval. They will also work with conservators and outside sources for discharge placement.
Schedule: Full-Time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational requirement: High school diploma or GED.
- Warm friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a variety of duties accurately with frequent disruptions
- Accepts responsibility and accountability for actions while demonstrating initiative with excellent judgment.
- Has ability to relate positively with all levels of professionals as well as clientele.
- Loyal, reliable, tactful, honest and discreet, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
