Title: Leave of Absence Consultant (Temporary)
Role: The Leave of Absence Consultant will assist with managing and administering company leaves of absence programs and serving as a consultant for all disability accommodation matters.The Leave of Absence Consultant will guide general interactive process and disability accommodation for all facilities (provide guidance, counseling, and tracking). Experience in general disability accommodation and FEHA strongly preferred. May be assigned some Employee Relations matters.
Schedule:
- This is a 60-to-90-day assignment.
- Initial training/onboarding will be in-person, afterward Hybrid.
- 20 to 40 hours a week based on candidate availability.
- Flexible Scheduling
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM)
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- 3 years of experience in managing leave cases (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, etc.).
- 3 years of experience in handling disability and interactive process cases.
