Title: LVN
Job Duties: The LVN assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with Crestwood Behavioral Health Center's mission, philosophy, and policies. The LVN actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. The LVN is responsible for the client care delivered on the clinical unit and reports to the Director of Nursing Services.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure in California as an LVN.
- Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
- Knowledge of Title XXII preferred.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
