Job Description
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care. This role involves assisting patients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with ADLs, including personal care and mobility
- Report changes in patient condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor
- Participate in the care planning process
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
