Job Summary
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a critical role in providing patient care, working under the direction of Registered Nurses to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the charge nurse and/or supervisor
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans
Qualifications
