The Nursing Care Coordinator works under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient and resident care according to established protocols.
- Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
- Contribute to the care planning process by reporting changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
