Job Description
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a vital role in providing direct patient and resident care under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
- Ensures patients' and residents' basic needs are met through assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and other essential tasks.
- Communicates effectively with healthcare teams, reporting any changes in patient or resident condition, and addressing concerns or complaints.
- Participates in the development and implementation of personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
