You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing condition and reporting changes in condition, contributing to nursing assessments and care planning, administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders, and supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
