Job Overview

The MDS Coordinator - RN plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate completion of the MDS treatment assessment tool and reviewing care plans for compliance with our high standards of care.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Oversee the overall process and tracking of all Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
  2. Conduct concurrent MDS reviews to achieve optimal RUG categories.
  3. Integrate information from various departments, including nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services, to ensure comprehensive reimbursement.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  2. Minimum one year of long-term care nursing experience.

Salary Range:

$95,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
