Summary
As an Assistant Superintendent at Crestwood Country Club, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our golf course maintenance team. This position is essential in ensuring the quality and aesthetics of the course while supporting the Superintendent in achieving operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the golf course maintenance team.
- Supervise staff to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate project scheduling for maintenance tasks and landscaping projects.
- Implement and monitor compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize ProCore and Primavera for project management and reporting purposes.
- Review schematics for landscaping projects to ensure proper execution.
- Manage contracts with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Support the Superintendent in training staff on best practices and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping management.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as ProCore or Primavera is a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to landscaping and construction work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience with HeavyBid or similar bidding software is beneficial but not required.
