Crestwood Country Club in Rehoboth, MA seeking personable, energetic and ambitious Seasonal Bar staff to provide our membership and guests with upscale service and an enjoyable experience. Bartending pay per hour plus guaranteed gratuity included
Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays in addition to normal daily business in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. Flexible scheduling for both the outside bar and banquet bar.
Applicants should be team players with solid communication skills and multi task. Must be able to frequently lift and carry 25lbs.
*Previous experience preferred and seeking strong service-oriented candidate
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Interacting with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Establishing professional relationships with the membership
- Maintaining high standards of service, safety and cleanliness
- Taking and fulfillment of orders and requests
- Appropriately charging members and guests for purchases
- Preparing beverages
- Delivering positive dining and social experiences to members and guests
- Performing basic daily cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors
- Jonas POS experience
- Communicating any areas of need, problems and/or concerns of employees or guests to supervisors
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking food and beverage orders.
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
- Keep a clean bar and the surrounding area. Retrieve ice to keep product cold
- Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
- Must have bar tending experience and serving food experience. Positive attitude to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
