Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing
Salary: $55-$65K
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM, OnCall as needed

Duties:
Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with the nursing policies and procedures
Assesses each resident’s needs and assists in the development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet the daily treatment and care needs of the resident
Participates in the interdisciplinary team and works cooperatively with team members to ensure the coordination of care and treatment for the residents are met
Ensures that nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative nursing care, activities of daily living, protective service, and training in self-care as stated in the care plan to ascertain that optimum comfort and care is provided
Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents
Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture
Qualifications:
Current RN or LVN license is required
Minimum of 2 years of Long Term Care experience preferred
Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
