We are seeking a dedicated Restorative Nurse - RN or LPN to Coordinate and supervise restorative programs within the policies and procedures of the facility. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols.

- Completion of a recognized Restorative Nursing Program or willingness to complete.
- Current Nursing license (RN or LPN) per state requirements.
- At least two (2) years of previous experience in nursing.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Development of restorative services using person-centered care
- Coordinates and supervises restorative programs within the policies and procedures of the facility
- Conducts restorative assessments to determine the need for programs
- Completes MDS assessments relating to restorative
- Creates a restorative plan of care
- Coordinates schedule and restorative program with therapists
- Education and communication of the restorative program with the nursing team
- Oversees and schedules restorative programs based on resident needs
- Review fall assessments, reports, intervention, and care planning
- Reviews bowel and bladder assessments and interventions and care planning
Salary : $76,960 - $87,360
