What you will do in this role : The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care / nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) : officially we title this job a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide, but in other centers it may be called a PRSA, Mental or Behavioral Health Aide, Social Services Aide, Psychiatric Aide.
