What are the responsibilities and job description for the RESALE COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position at Crestwood Village Co Op Four Inc?
P / T POSITION AVAILABLE AT 55 CO-OP COMMUNITY AS THE RESALE COORDINATOR / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
- Receiving and reviewing purchase contracts / agreements
- Preparing closing statements based on information obtained from purchase contracts / agreements
- Preparing closing documents (i.e., Certificate of Shares, Proprietary Lease, etc.)
- Working closely with realtors, sellers and buyers to coordinate closings and ensure receipt of all documents
- Entering information on and maintaining excel spreadsheets
- Drafting letters, memos to file, emails and other documents
- Any other responsibilities that you may be asked to perform in addition to resales
You may not possess a realtors license. Background in real estate is preferred but not necessary. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, emails, internet research and must pay attention to detail. Hours : Mon-Fri 10am-3pm (27.5 hours per week). No overtime, weekends or benefits. Accrued sick time. 90-day probationary period.
