The Key Responsibilities of this position.
The Area Manager is to successfully and safely run the daily operations of the warehouse. They will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team members; coordinate with logistic managers on the receiving of products; and maintain excellent customer service. Other warehouse duties may be required, as directed by the supervising manager.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bin store, ensuring that store processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
- Monitor and ensure proper stock levels in all bins and manage restocking as necessary.
- Manage and optimize store layout to enhance product accessibility and customer flow.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of store associates to deliver excellent customer service and store operations.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff performance to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Ensure the store is consistently engaging, welcoming, and easy to navigate for customers
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving new shipments, organizing stock, and ensuring timely replenishment of bins.
- Track product movement, monitor for slow-moving or overstock items, and adjust inventory strategy accordingly.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize loss or waste.
- Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Promote safe work practices and uphold store policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
