What We Need:

• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and requests
• Processes customer orders with required information to properly pick up and deliver goods
• Schedules all loading and unloading appointments
• Tracks all shipments while under dispatch from pickup to delivery
• Solicits outbound freight in order to manage network balance while maintaining a high level of service
