- Salary : Top 50% of drivers earn $92,254 annually
- CPM : $0.61 to $0.64 per mile
- Home Time : Select frequent home time with dedicated fleets or opt for regional or national OTR routes
- Practical vs. Short Route Miles : We pay practical miles, which equates to 3-5% more miles each year
- Benefits : We offer a comprehensive and affordable benefits package
- Profit Sharing : In 2024, we contributed $11 million to profit sharing, and since 2018, Crete has added $91.5 million to employee retirement accounts
- Experience : We require one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience with a Class A CDL
