Junior Electrical Estimator
Type : Full time permanent employment
Location : Cedar Springs, MI
Pay : $60K-$90K DOE No monthly out-of-pocket benefit expenses!
Responsibilities :
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed take-offs and material quantities for bidding purposes
- Learn and use ACCUBID / TRIMBLE estimating software for creating cost estimates
- Research and gather pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate cost estimates
- Utilize CRM (contact relationship software) to track and manage estimates
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes, such as NEC (National Electrical Code)
- Collaborate with Preconstruction team to develop comprehensive project proposals
