We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Reps to join our team with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in MEP customer service setting.
Type: Full time permanent position
Location: Stamford, CT M-F 8AM-4PM
Pay up to $25 Per hour DOE Excellent Benefits!
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide solutions to customers' questions and provide customer service support.
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, or chat, and schedule appointments in our computer system.
- Provide technical support to customers on the phone and via chat.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, document customer service activities.
- Demonstrate empathy for urgent Plumbing, HVAC, Sewer, and Electrical needs.
- Assist other employees as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service Experience preferably in Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing setting
- Exceptional customer service, communication (verbal and written), and phone skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, technicians, and other office employees.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to think critically.
- Experience with Microsoft office I.E Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Ability to type 40 WPM.
