We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to fuel new sales growth in the Houston market. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on closing deals, expanding customer portfolios, and driving revenue growth at a critical moment in our company’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive New Business: Focus on generating new sales opportunities, including new construction, upgrades, and replacement projects. Actively pursue new clients and build long-term relationships.

Target New Clients: Identify, engage, and convert new customers by promoting our MEP services and HVAC solutions, particularly for clients looking to improve energy efficiency.

Develop Sales Strategies: Work closely with the sales team to identify regional market opportunities and tailor strategies for maximum impact.

Create Opportunities: Collaborate with estimators and management to identify high-potential projects, offering targeted solutions to meet customer needs.

Achieve Sales Targets: Set ambitious goals for new sales and consistently meet or exceed them by driving new revenue streams.

Negotiate and Close: Use your expertise to negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth transitions from prospect to client.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience: At least 5 years in a sales role, ideally with a background in HVAC services, mechanical contracting, or construction. You have a track record of driving new business and achieving sales goals.

New Business Focus: A passion for prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business—your goal is always to bring in fresh opportunities.

Sales Savvy: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a deep understanding of ROI-based selling strategies to address client needs and objectives.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and mechanical projects. You can talk the technical talk and apply that knowledge to influence sales.
