Tra Mar Mechanical is seeking to find qualified technicians to help assist in installation, troubleshooting, repairs, solutions and management of your projects and maintenance contracts.
We are looking to add an experienced HVAC Lead to our service department. Ideal Candidates can not only hit the ground running but enjoy training and developing a team.
Job Description
- 7 years experience commercial HVAC service.
- Must have a basic understanding of Rooftop Units, Split Systems, and Ductless Systems, BAS Controls, Troubleshooting Cooling Towers, Chillers (a plus).
- Must be able to perform Preventative Maintenance, Diagnosis and Repair of these systems.
- Ability to create relationships with clients and provide them remarkable service.
- Communicating with customers and managers regarding service findings is essential.
- Person interested in a career and not just a job.
- Strong desire to learn, grow and develop your skills.
- Ability to excel within a team environment and willingness to help in all areas of the business.
- Possess and respect a safety-first attitude, as safety always comes first at Tra Mar Mechanical.
