What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEP Inventory Specialist / Admin position at Crete United?
Type: Full time permanent position
Location: North Salem, NY
Pay up to $26 Per hour DOE Excellent Benefits!
Essential Job Functions:
- Entering invoices and BOL's into our system.
- Maintain all shop inventory including, stocking, sorting etc.
- Handle all Shipping and Receiving, ordering parts, scheduling deliveries, interacting with carriers etc.
- Assist other employees as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 years' experience in inventory, shipping receiving, office admin duties.
- Exceptional customer service, communication (verbal and written), and phone skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, technicians and other office employees.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to think critically.
- Experience with Microsoft office I.E Outlook, Excel, Word.
