and experience.
Strong organizational, time management and verbal and written communication skills.
OSHA 10 Certification
Current and Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
This position requires the ability to work full‐time, Monday through Friday, 7am – 5pm, unless otherwise determined
and authorized by the President. Ability to work on‐call. occasional nights or weekends that may be required dependent
on project needs. Must have reliable transportation for frequent travel to job site visits and attend client meetings.
Telecommuting is available in the event of extenuating circumstances, such as a pandemic, upon approval from the
President.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Provides decisive, focused leadership and project management within the Construction Division and serves as
primary contact for the assigned project.
Attends pre‐construction and team meetings throughout the life of the project.
Prepares agendas, develops, and maintains scope, business requirements, performance specifications,
procurement strategy, safety plan, project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase
to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
Identifies, analyzes, and recommends corrective actionsto technical issuesidentified in the field during the project
execution and initial operation.
Obtains all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for projects.
Monitors schedules and crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget parameters.
Handles any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise on a project.
Initiates and manages change requests, change orders and prepares monthly requisitions.

Ensures project follows and complies with all OSHA and RELCO safety standards and proceduresin addition staying
current with all federal, state, and local government regulations and building codes.
Works closely and collaborates with the V.P. of Project Management, Outside Field Superintendent and Foreman
to ensure all electrical work is installed and completed properly in accordance with the contract for project.
Tracks and reports project milestones and provides status reports.
Ensures all punch list work is completed in a timely manner and that is does not interfere with the client’s ability
to occupy the space.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with owners, customers, design teams, contractors,
subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to help understand needs and expectations in addition to identifying new
business and potential bid opportunities.
