Control Solutions Inc. (CSI), a Crete United Company, provides the latest state-of-the-art building automation systems for integrating, upgrading, and new installations. CSI is a Honeywell ACI Elite Contractor for complete Building Automation/Energy Management Systems. We can control all HVAC Equipment including Geo-Thermal Water System, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Boiler Plant, Air Handler Units and a Roof Top Unit. Position Overview

The Sales Account Executive will attract new clients for CSI throughout Denver Metro area by establishing and retaining the relationship, identifying, and meeting all their requests, and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service from all our departments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful HVAC/Building Automation sales experience, be high energy with competitive growth and entrepreneurial mindset ready to deliver outstanding service for our clients. Key Deliverables

  • Ongoing achievement of sales growth and new business development.
  • Serve as an energetic leader of the sales process to build rapport ensuring client satisfaction and strong revenues for business.
  • Manage individual sales plan to achieve growth and accurately forecast performance with Leadership.
  • Achieving high performance by leveraging the right internal processes and resources to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customers’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.
  • Manage customer input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
  • Manage RFP proposals to deliver wins.
  • Facilitate execution as a strategic orchestrator, ensuring we deliver on the promises we’ve made, and the results customers expect.
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  • Proactively remain connected to customers and the ever-changing energy efficiency market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable customers are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
  • Influence customers to make the right business decision by persuading collaboratively and by helping them see the financial and non-financial impact of their decisions to their organizations.


Skills And Experience

  • BA in business administration, or similar relevant field experience
  • 5 years of sales experience within the Building Automation and Controls Services
  • Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.


Compensation And Benefits

  • $80K - $110K base annual salary (DOE) and lucrative performance-based commission
  • Generous company contribution for the employee, including spouse and dependents for Medical, Dental, Vision. Life and Disability Insurance
  • 401k with 4% match vested after 6 months
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Vehicle allowance, cell phone and business expense reimbursements.
