Position Overview
The Sr Sales Account Executive will attract new clients for FSSI, a Crete United Company, throughout North Carolina by establishing and retaining the relationship, identifying, and meeting all their MEP requests, and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service from all our MEP departments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful MEP sales experience, be high energy with a competitive growth and entrepreneurial mindset ready to deliver outstanding service for our partners and clients. Key Deliverables
- Ongoing achievement of sales growth and new business development.
- Serve as an energetic leader of the sales process to build rapport ensuring client satisfaction and strong revenues for business.
- Manage individual sales plan to achieve growth and accurately forecast performance with Leadership.
- Achieving high performance by leveraging the right internal processes and resources to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
