What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Director, National Accounts HVAC position at Crete United?
Crete United, a national Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) energy services platform, knows the ins and outs of HVAC and energy efficiency possibilities in the commercial and industrial facilities business. From initial assessments, energy audits and estimating to installation, service and maintenance, we work together with our clients to make the built environments within which we live, work and play healthier and sustainably efficient.
Our National Accounts team is expanding and looking to add a Senior Director of National Accounts . The ideal candidate will have successful experience in the commercial MEP space with a deep understanding of energy efficiency, service and preventative maintenance. They should be adept at developing targeted and relevant solutions to help manage energy spend related to electricity, and natural gas tailored to the unique MEP needs of large, mission critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, industrial). This position will travel 20 to 30% and be ideally based in our Charlotte, NC corporate HQ or regional offices in Frisco, TX.
You will :
- Craft and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives with commercial and industrial (C&I) clients.
- Analyze customers' utility bills to determine appropriate energy opportunities
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with new clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Provide sales forecasts and budget reports to monitor performance and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
