Pay Range
USD $97,900.00 - USD $122,400.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert in various lean tools used to drive continual improvements throughout the company
- Effectively deployment of Lean/Six Sigma methods into the organization
- Responsible for educating and developing the workforce on lean manufacturing concepts and methodologies
- Organize, facilitate and measure results on key improvement efforts or project
- Lead, train, and participate in OE projects that support manufacturing initiatives
- Track, report, and evaluate progress against key operational metrics and project goals
- Support and help develop a lean culture
- Develop and train employees and teams to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities of operational excellence tools and culture
- Assist in the development of annual improvement plan with operating company leadership team
- Monitor and drives the utilization of employee safety and OE programs
- Partner with the other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance
- Lead Project Management and Process Engineering to ensure projects are properly defined
- Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work
- Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years of experience leading operational excellence projects and initiatives
- Subject matter expert in Lean methods and implementation
- Lean training and education
- Ability to educate and train on lean techniques
- Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Collaborative, objective, results-orientated
- Strong analytical abilities
- Ability to follow through on commitments and holds team members accountable
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
