Quality Engineering Supervisor
The Quality Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for working with the Director of Quality to provide quality assurance engineering expertise, technical guidance, and leadership ensuring accuracy with customer requirements and quality standards. This position will also supervise the Quality Engineer I, II, III.
Responsibilities
- Quality engineering support for manufacturing and project management
- Advanced quality planning, development, and implementation of process controls, SPC, sampling plans, and other statistical methods
- Develop inspection requirements; facilitate PFMEAs; resolve discrepant material issues and create and maintain quality document such as control plans and inspection plans
- Partner with the Quality System Manager to ensure compliance to the quality management programs and system
- Complete appropriate quality records within company and GMP guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Provide technical guidance, measurement methodologies and problem solving
- Partner with a variety of teams and interact with a multitude of organizations to set quality engineering best practices
- Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities around statistics, sampling, and process capability studies
- Work with engineering and manufacturing to implement effective inspection and control plans for new product development
- Act as the quality interface for a production team in responding to customer complaints using failure analysis, development of corrective and preventative actions and trend analysis
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, create audit finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventative actions
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Quality Engineer I, II, III and Quality Engineering Technician
- Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements

Pay Range
USD $81,000.00 - USD $101,200.00 / Yr.

20 hours :
